Max Q Designs had our site back up and running in 20 minutes after a failed upgrade through Magento Connect. Our I.T person had decided to upgrade our Magento site using connect, it seemed to fail and left our site unusable. Max Q had us back up and running very quickly, now we know never to use Connect for site upgrades and they handle it all for us. Saved The Day!
We sell a lot of products on Amazon and Ebay, we needed to integrate M2EPro, Max Q knew everything there was about how to create templates, listings, shipping templates both for the USA and for other Ebay/Amazon marketplaces. Now we're selling on those platforms and it works with our website with no problems at all and our inventory is always correct. Great company
