Max Q Designs had our site back up and running in 20 minutes after a failed upgrade through Magento Connect. Our I.T person had decided to upgrade our Magento site using connect, it seemed to fail and left our site unusable. Max Q had us back up and running very quickly, now we know never to use Connect for site upgrades and they handle it all for us.
